One rate, everything in
€90 per hour covers strategy, implementation, QA, documentation, and support. No tiered roles, no surprise line items.
Every engagement runs on a single hourly rate. We scope the work, estimate the hours, and stick to that estimate. Hours only change when you ask.
The opposite of vague agency billing. One rate, one estimate, one budget you control.
€90 per hour covers strategy, implementation, QA, documentation, and support. No tiered roles, no surprise line items.
Every engagement starts with a defined scope and an honest hours estimate. You know the budget before we begin.
Scope is fixed once agreed. If new work appears, we pause, re-estimate, and you decide whether to expand or trim before we continue.
Documentation, validation, and a clean handoff are part of the work, not an optional extra you negotiate at the end.
Same hourly rate across the board. Pick the shape that matches the work you need done.

What happens if we go over the estimated hours?
We do not extend hours without your explicit sign-off. If new work appears mid-project, we pause, re-scope, and you decide whether to expand the budget or trim the scope before we keep going.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Projects are invoiced 50% upfront and the rest on completion. Ongoing work is invoiced monthly in advance. Audits are invoiced after delivery.
How are invoices issued and in what currency?
Invoices are in EUR, payable within 14 days. VAT applies where required. EU clients with a valid VAT ID can use reverse charge. Non-EU clients are invoiced without VAT.
Can an audit roll into a project?
Yes. Audit findings often form the scope for a follow-on project, and the audit hours do not repeat in the project estimate.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
We re-estimate the new work, you approve it in writing, and we continue. Nothing is added quietly to the bill.
Who owns the output?
You do. On full payment, all deliverables, code, specs, and documentation are yours.
Send a short note about the situation. You get a recommended starting point and an honest estimate, usually within one working day.
