Pricing

One rate, defined scope, clear estimates

We work on a single hourly rate for every engagement. We scope the project, give you a solid hour estimate, and stick to it.

How we price

Transparent pricing

We charge one hourly rate for everything we build, and we estimate the hours before any work starts.

One flat rate

Every client pays the same $100 per hour. Our upside is more hours over time, not a rate that climbs with your budget.

Estimated hours up front

Every engagement starts with a defined scope and an honest hours estimate. You know the budget before we begin.

Time tracked

We track time internally as we work. Billing follows the estimate, and if we finish early we tell you.

Start small

You can begin with a small project. There's no minimum spend or commitment required to start working together.

FAQ

What people ask before signing on

What happens if we go over the estimated hours?

The price holds. We do not add hours or change the quote unless the scope itself changes. If we are heading toward a problem, we raise it and sort it out with you well before it reaches an invoice.

Do you require a deposit?

No. Projects are billed monthly for the work completed that month. Ongoing engagements are billed the same way, and audits are invoiced after delivery.

How are invoices issued and in what currency?

Invoices are issued in your local currency — EUR, USD, GBP, or CAD — payable within 30 days. Prices shown switch to match. VAT applies where required: EU clients with a valid VAT ID can use reverse charge, and non-EU clients are invoiced without VAT.

Can an audit roll into a project?

Usually. Once the audit is done, we scope the project from its findings, set the hours and price, and sign from there.

What happens if scope changes mid-project?

It depends on the change. Smaller additions usually become a separate follow-up project once the current scope is finished. If something needs to change right away, we stop, talk through the options with you, and agree on a path before continuing.

Who owns the output?

You own everything we deliver, including code, specs, and documentation. We keep a few general-purpose pieces, like reusable snippets and internal tooling, but anything built for your project is yours.
